icebreaker is looking for an outstanding Graphic Designer to join our icebreaker & Smartwool marketing team in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s talk about the role!     

As Graphic Designer you will play a critical role in supporting the Creative Team in the execution of campaigns that inspire our audience while creating a consistent brand representation across physical and digital channels. You are passionate about design and strive to provide pixel perfect user experience. You have a strong visual eye, are process-friendly and enjoys working within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Support the creative team in the ideation and production of graphic design assets for seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver visual assets (print and digital) to support icebreaker owned channels (ecommerce, stores, social channels) and Wholesales accounts in their ongoing communications.
  • Collaborate closely with creative team, copy writer, project managers.
  • Adapt campaign creative visual assets to best fulfil regional channel needs.
  • Support in the development of visuals for events and brand activations
  • Supports with ad hoc social media content requests.
  • Assist in campaigns’ Creative Guidelines development.
  • Assure the quality and visual consistency of all material shared by internal and external partners.

Skills for Success

  • 2 years’ experience in a fashion, retail or digital editorial environment
  • University Degree, preferably in graphic /digital design, visual communication etc
  • Experience of working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign & Sketch
  • Strong visual eye and detail orientation
  • Great organizational skills and great eye for details.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • A good understanding of the outdoor and lifestyle industries
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
