Your challenge

• Participant in S/4 Hana workshops and clarifying technical questions
• Guide the Key User community during the S/4 Hana migration
• Conceptual support in the Quote-to-Cash process and process documentation
• Coordinate testing and training activities
• Preparation of technical specification and test scripts
• Maintain high degree of knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies, business processes and solutions, keeping current with release levels and industry issues
• Stakeholder management for the functions Service, Order Management and Order Execution
• Communication to Service Management and global organization
• Service Lead for SAP Projects like PDM/PLM, Service Contract Solution and 3S Contract Concept
• Act as know-how lead for any S/4 Hana projects and daily business improvement initiatives after successful completion of the program
• Manage projects in the environment of S/4 Hana

Your qualifications

• Master's degree
• 10+ years work experience
• Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in CS module and S/4 Hana migrations
• Strong understanding and experience in Integration of CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE)
• S/4 Hana experience
• Multiple years of experience with project management and/or digital transformation
• Process documentation skills
• Extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customer
• Solid understanding of end-2-end processes and process harmonization
• Translate user's requests into application system solutions
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company
• Redesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with SAP functionality
• Worked in Order Management OTC process specifically on Master Data
• Fluent English and German is a plus, but not necessary
