For our CONDIS’ Sales team, located in Rossens (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a


Technical Sales

As a Technical Sales, your mission will be responsible for managing and developing customers independently as well as qualifying, managing and developing leads and Requests For Quotations (RFQs). This role has the overall responsibility to maintain and further the strong relationships between CONDIS Group and its strategic clients.


Main Responsibilities

  • Define suitable strategies for the accounts and execute action plans in alignment with business goals
  • Identify business opportunities and set up tactical action plans including allocation of appropriate resources
  • Commercial qualification of leads and incoming RFQs
  • Analyze market trends and propose corresponding business plans to meet market requirements
  • Manage sales and client administration in coordination with our sales back-office team
  • Track reliable customers forecasts and predicted market trends
  • Develop strategic relationship network
  • Support and be the voice of the customers within our organization
  • Get and share feedback from customers and the market
  • Take part in the negotiation of frame contracts and spot projects
  • Propose development's actions with Business Development team
  • Report successes, lessons learned and corrective plans

This role requires up to 30% time on customer visiting activities and for attending trade shows of the industry.



  • Master Degree in Engineering
  • 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Business sales and/or marketing
  • Experience in HV/MV equipment/components business, energy grid monitoring, measurement and protection business are welcome assets
  • Fluent in English, French and German an asset
