Your Tasks:

  • Ensure the scalability and high availability of the platform, as well as its continuous optimization and maintenance
  • Integration of the API Management and Identity & Access Management systems into our architecture
  • Driving and promoting internal development processes through the implementation of proven DevSecOps practices and the integration of security aspects at all stages of the development cycle
  • Introduction of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution
  • Collaboration with leading companies from Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the EU

Your Skills:

  • In-depth practical experience with Kubernetes, Openshift, API Gateways (e.g. NGINX), integration patterns, Kafka / event streaming platforms and IAM solutions (e.g. Airlock, Keycloak)
  • Experience in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms
  • A solid understanding of data warehouse solutions as well as ETL processes & tools
  • Comprehensive experience with GIT, CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD, Bamboo, complemented by a solid understanding in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Advanced knowledge in monitoring solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack
  • Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory. German is a big advantage

In a Nutshell: You show initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, tackle tasks, and get support where you need it. Furthermore, you'll work with a great team and benefit from generous perks such as:

  • 30 days of vacation per year as standard for all our staff
  • Excellent opportunities for growth and personal development
  • Part-time models and hybrid work culture
  • State-of-the-art hardware and infrastructure
  • Free half-fare public transport pass

Is there something missing on the list? We look forward to your ideas and suggestions!
