Facility Manager (d/f/m)

You are looking for the challenge to design new renovation and reconstruction measures and to implement them on your own responsibility! With precision and responsibility for the maintenance of technical equipment you keep the operation running! Take your chance and become part of the team!

Your challenge

• You are responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of technical systems, such as heating and elevators.
• You plan and coordinate renovations and remodeling, assigning appropriate furniture to office spaces.
• You manage the maintenance of equipment, operating resources, and locking systems to meet health and safety standards.
• You oversee the allocation of parking spaces, waste disposal, and building security, instructing the caretaker and external service providers in tasks.
• You handle insurance and service contracts and are in charge of organizing the vehicle fleet.

Your profile

• You bring several years of hands-on experience in Facility Management or a similar role.
• You’ve got a background in tech-driven environments and a knack for analytical thinking.
• Some basic CAD skills (like room planning) would be a plus.
• You’re all about working independently, being super organized, and getting things done with a strong sense of initiative.
• Knowing your way around building regulations would be a cool bonus.
• You’re not just a team player; you communicate directly and clearly, take charge responsibly, and aren’t afraid to step up into leadership roles.
