Our bespoke software, Unity, serves as the core platform for our editorial teams, empowering hundreds of journalists to seamlessly create, review and manage news content across our various publications and distribution channels.
We're in search of a frontend technical team lead to spearhead the continuous enhancement of our news editor, integrating cutting-edge AI features, productivity enhancements, and other exciting CMS updates.

Recruitment Process
From application to success: Our hiring process
Preselection
We review our applications on an ongoing basis. To ensure a fast response time, we create a preliminary selection. The decision on advancement or departure from the recruitment process is done by the hiring manager and communicated via mail.
Technical Interview
Here you will get to know your potential manager and/or colleagues. We will test specific knowledge relevant to the execution of the job. Depending on the situation, this will be either conducted virtually or in person. Also this step can be split into several smaller interviews.
Coding Challenge
This gives you the chance to showcase your technical knowledge and approach and provides us with the opportunity to evaluate your programming skills. For this purpose, you will be given a task or problem to solve using your programming abilities.
On-site Iinterview
Our on-site interview is all about building a connection and getting to know each other better. You'll have the chance to meet face-to-face with supervisors and team members, gain valuable insights into the position and get a feel for our workplace culture.
