As part of the Process Optimization Team, you will support the team in actively shaping and developing process optimization at SWISS Technics and ensuring quick implementation of beneficial improvement ideas.

• Support the Process Optimization Team in their daily work
• Drive smaller optimization initiatives yourself
• Help to advance the idea collection tool and define proper reporting and KPIs
• Create promotions for continuous improvement at SWISS Technics
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing i.e. KAIZEN workshops
• Support in documenting and implementing workshop results
• Perform quality checks of the existing processes and instructions

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
• Strong interest in the aviation industry
• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Open mindset & can-do mentality
• Resilient, flexible personality with quick perception
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• Very good MS Office skills
