Industrial & Project Engineer Production (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for an Industrial & Project Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of Manufacturing Engineering to join our 11-strong team and support us in our future projects. In your role, you will deal with the technical and organisational-economic development and optimisation of company processes in the area of production in a project context. You can also expect the following in your responsible role:
 

• You will be involved in the management and implementation of process optimisations along the entire value stream


• You will accompany assembly projects through to series production


• You will also be responsible for defining and implementing lean production system principles and methods


• You will be involved in setting up and introducing process standards


• You will carry out feasibility studies for the manufacturability of new products with a focus on costs and quality


• You will also be responsible for designing, planning and realising workplace systems

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar, preferably with a focus on production technology, or have completed training with several years of professional experience in a related field. With initial professional experience, you have practical knowledge and previous experience in project management. You also have the following skills:
 

• You recognise problems and know how to solve them


• You have a high willingness to learn and perform and enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics


• Resilience, reliability and analytical thinking are among your strengths


• You have a talent for organisation and your way of working is always structured and solution-oriented


• You are an absolute team player and a good communicator at the same time, you sometimes slip into the role of ‘mouthpiece’ for your team


• You are familiar with the common MS Office products and SAP as a matter of course


• You also have a fluent command of written and spoken German and English
