Human Resources Intern (3-4 months)

We are looking for an enthusiastic learner with a genuine passion for HR with strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with detail orientation and analytical thinking skills.

During your Internship in our team, you will collaborate with experienced HR professionals on the daily activities and HR Projects. We offer you a great opportunity to gain first work experience in Human Resources in Wealth Management in Geneva.

  • Check employees’ physical and digital personal files for accuracy and make sure that they are complete
  • Scan or print missing documents in the respective employees personal files
  • Harmonize Employees’ personal files
  • Data entry in the dedicated database to enable proper monitoring
  • Complete and check HR data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Prepare and monitor follow-up to complete employees personal files with the various stakeholders (employees, HR team, managers)
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team as needed

Education & Professional experience

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a field related to HR or strong interest in Human Resources
  • Prior HR administration experience is an asset

Language requirements

  • French mother tongue, good command of English is an asset

IT Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
