What kind of compensation is offered?

POSITION SUMMARY:

A two-year Leadership Development Program to prepare new team members for future positions in Pricing at Parker locations. Assist Division Strategic Pricing Manager. Responsible for proactively analyzing and making recommendations considering customer value-based marketing, competitive markets, and company costs affecting the business plans and profitability across the Division. Will collect, analyze, and evaluate data supporting Division’s price strategy
