The Kusnacht Practice is currently seeking a Client Case Manager. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual who loves people and ideally has a healthcare background. You will play a key role in our client’s treatment journey by meeting with them frequently to ensure full client satisfaction. Your team-oriented spirit makes you a natural fit for our collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage clients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring top-quality care
  • Coordinate treatment aspects in both residential and remote settings for excellent client experience
  • Serve as the central communication point for the treatment team, including Live-In Counsellors (LICs) and external consultants
  • Conduct regular care plan reviews, incorporating client feedback to enhance their experience
  • Manage relationships with family members and identify business opportunities
  • Participate in rotating weekend on-call duties for continuous client support
  • Lead and facilitate internal treatment planning meetings
  • Liaise with primary doctors to provide updates and address client concerns
  • Ensure seamless communication with the Hospitality department to enhance the client experience
You are/have  
  • Proven experience in program management and healthcare
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinking and ability to foresee upcoming challenges
  • Commitment to high standards of clinical quality and client satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of proficiency in MS-Office suite and quick adaptability with new software tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (min. level C1); any other language is a plus
  • Swiss driving license cat. B is a must
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland
