Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to determine and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to boost manufacturing efficiency, cut costs, and improve product quality.
• Coordinate technical support to manufacturing operations, solving issues, and ensuring smooth production processes.
• Manage multiple small projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate completion and alignment to budget and quality standards
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to successfully implement new product introductions and process optimizations.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and inclusion.
