- Assist in creating technical documentation, workflows, and production guidelines.
Procurement Optimization: Analyze and simplify existing purchasing processes.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose streamlined digital or manual workflows.
Logistics & "Quick Wins": Identify and implement immediate operational improvements (Quick Wins) within the warehouse or logistics chain.
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field).
- Strong analytical mindset with a "lean" approach (Six Sigma or Kaizen knowledge is a plus).

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with Odoo, ERP systems is a bonus.
- French and English. You must be able to communicate fluently in both languages (written and spoken) to interact with local teams.
Flyability is a young Swiss company that values independent thinking combined with a collaborative spirit. Every day, you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and contribute to solving problems. We all work together, and each voice is important to move forward.
