We’re a global manufacturer and an innovation leader in the bike industry www.opencycle.com – driven by passion, yet committed to professionalism and efficiency in everything we do. To keep our international financial operations running smoothly, we’re looking for an experienced, independent Account Manager who loves working with numbers and wants to take ownership of both accounts payable and receivable.
You’ll join a small, motivated team with an entrepreneurial spirit – where everyone takes responsibility and contributes to our success as a truly independent player in the global bike industry.
Your role as Account Manager (50-60%)
- Take ownership of the accounts payable process: recording, coding, and posting incoming invoices
- Manage payment runs and handle supplier inquiries across different countries
- Oversee accounts receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, and dunning for our global customer base
- Support account reconciliations and assist with monthly and yearly closings (OR accounting standards)
- Maintain customer and supplier master data in our ERP system
- Communicate confidently in English and German with internal and external stakeholders across all continents
- Process customer orders in both B2B and B2C channels across multiple region
What you bring
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Several years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, ideally in an international environment
- Further education in accounting (e.g. CAS) is a plus
- Very good Excel skills and solid ERP experience
- Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
- Accurate, structured and independent working style; ideally accustomed to working in a small company environment
- Reliable, service-oriented, and a true team player
