Job Description

How does your working day look like...

You ensure smooth operations at your station, a clean kitchen, and a team that works hand in hand – even when the ticket list is long.

You prepare dishes according to the prescribed standards and use records, and you monitor the compliance and implementation of hygiene guidelines.

You stand for the high quality of our food and inspire our young chefs and apprentices to aim for this goal.

You independently manage your station and actively support in all areas.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

You have already worked in the kitchen and bring the necessary experience with you.

You can motivate colleagues and are a team player.

You are passionate about live cooking, international cuisine, and new food concepts.

You bring not only your skills but also your character.
