In this position, you will rock the safety training in the "Safety & Service Training" license area with a second Head of Safety Training. With your team of motivated instructors, you will ensure that the training courses run smoothly - reliably, professionally and always up to date.

• You ensure smooth training operations in the licensed area
• Building a strong team - professionally & personally
• Planning and managing projects relating to cabin crew training
• Leading clearly, motivating and at eye level
• Maintaining an overview of goals, budget & regulations
• Launching fresh training concepts
• Making processes leaner and smarter
• Lending a hand in day-to-day operations
