Front End Technical Lead (gn)

Your responsibilities:

• Lead a newly formed team to develop the next-generation user interface for the machinery industry
• Transform concepts into actionable plans, allocate work packages, and monitor progress with a secure-by-design approach while minimizing technical debt
• Drive digitalization initiatives and introduce modern processes and tools
• Ensure effective adoption of CI/CD technologies and implement automated testing practices
• Modernize components and libraries in existing code repositories using technologies such as React with TypeScript, C#, Python, Rust, and more

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Strong background in solution and software architecture, software engineering, and project management
• Ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative ideas
• Passion for process optimization and automation
• Interest and potential for future team growth and leadership responsibilities
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
