How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead global tanking, final assembly, dismantling, and dispatch processes.

Support factory expansions and greenfield projects worldwide.

Drive innovation in productivity and process optimization.

Lead global process owner community and provide training to local engineers. Conduct operational audits and update production standards.

Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on manufacturability improvements.

Support investigations and lead PFMEA activities.

Report monthly on global project progress and milestones.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.

10+ years of experience in transformer and shunt reactor manufacturing.
-
Proven experience in global project implementation and technology transfer.

Strong understanding of AC/DC transformer manufacturing concepts.

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and change management.
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
