Enabling our business to staff highly skilled Deloitte resources worldwide onto client projects

How you can make an impact
As a Swiss Global Mobility Coordinator, you will be part of the Swiss Global Mobility Team within our People & Purpose (HR) Enabling Function and responsible for supporting and processing our in- and outbound cross-border client project worker population for all compliance aspects on Immigration, Taxes and Social Security. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:
- You will coordinate the cross-border client project staffing process between our client project teams, our worldwide employees and their mobility teams as well as our internal compliance service providers (GES, Global Employer Services)
- You will manage the highly time-sensitive document gathering, data-input and -tracking for our foreign Deloitte member firm’s employees staffed onto client projects in Switzerland, as well as our domestic employees working abroad
- You will initiate internal compliance services via our Mobility Management tool (Assignment Pro) as well as coordinate ad hoc reports
- You will govern the workstream related team mailbox and be the first point of contact for all incoming Swiss Mobility questions and coordinate the distribution among the team while assuring a highly customer-oriented handling of our processes
- You will assist our senior Swiss Global Mobility business partners in advising our client project teams on the overall cross-border client project work staffing process and on all compliance requirements in collaboration with our internal GES specialists
Who We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- You have a commercial degree or comparable education with at least 3-5 years of professional experience preferably also in Global Mobility and/or HR (e.g. HR assistant or Certified Advance Studies - CAS).
- You have the ability to work accurately and prioritize your workload, while keeping attention to detail and managing tight deadlines in a very fast pace work environment
- You thrive working in a very dynamic team as well as independently within a high demanding work environment.
- You are fluent in English (written and verbal is a must), German preferred
- You preferably have a good understanding of the Swiss immigration and labour law
- You have exceptional IT-user knowledge (MS Office environment)
