We help prestigious clients design, industrialize, and optimize their cloud platforms, with a strong focus on technical performance, cost governance, and operational excellence.
This is an all-rounder role where technical depth meets business impact: we’re looking for someone who enjoys both hands-on engineering and engaging with clients to solve real-world cloud challenges.

How we work
At Spare, we’re a small team of dedicated, high-ownership professionals who move fast, think independently, and focus on what truly moves the needle. We work in small, loosely coupled teams, communicate mostly async, and avoid meetings that don’t add clear value. We’re deeply meritocratic: what counts is the impact you deliver, not your title, background, or years of experience. We reward ambition, ownership, and overachievers with real responsibility and a compensation structure that reflects the value you create. We expect everyone to be prepared, to over-deliver, and to take full ownership until the job is done. We value honesty, transparency, and direct feedback. If you’re curious, driven, and want to grow in a high-trust, high-performance environment, you’ll feel right at home here.
Application process
1 - Application: CV and a brief motivation statement explaining your interest in cloud and FinOps (GitHub or links to cloud-related projects are a plus).
2 - Steps:
Interview with one of the founders (30–45 minute video call).
Technical interview with a Cloud expert, including a cloud case study (environment analysis, cost optimization, or simple setup scenario).
3 - Feedback: Candidates will receive a response within 5 working days.
