We are looking for a Polymechanic for our headquarters in Losone.
Your main tasks
In your new position, your main tasks will be:
- precision mechanical work on high-precision conventional or CNC machine tools (lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, threading machines, drills, etc.) on various materials
- manufacturing, executing, assembling, and inspecting precision components (both mass-produced and prototypes or limited series); for limited series and prototypes, manufacturing sequences and CNC machine programming are determined based on technical drawings
- assembling tools and devices for internal use and for customers
Your profile
Given the type of products, the ideal candidate must have the following requirements:
- training as a polymechanic (AFC) or equivalent qualification
- solid knowledge of precision mechanics combined with several years of practical experience in a workshop and/or micromechanics studio
- manual skills in the use of numerically controlled machinery, as well as traditional machines, and good knowledge of technical drawings
- knowledge of CAD-CAM programming for 4/5-axis milling machines
