Our supply chain is currently undergoing a major transformation journey, focused on digitalization, enhanced data visibility, and system modernization, including the upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and the deployment of Power BI for advanced analytics.
Your Mission
As a Supply Planner, reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning manager, you will play a key role in planning and managing product supply to ensure optimal availability in our central warehouse and in our stores, while maintaining efficient inventory levels and minimizing transportation costs. You will also contribute to the ongoing transformation projects and help shape the future of our supply planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders by reviewing Planned Purchase Order propositions from our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) and building optimized Load Plans (Truck or Containers) while respecting all constraints (Stock policy, MOQ, Lead Time,…)
- Follows up on supply issues & risks (PO late confirmation & backorders), strongly engage with our Purchasing Department to define and implement action plan: Solve current issues and engage proactive actions to mitigate risks of future occurrence
- Proactively communicate & escalate issues & risks, maintaining an agile and strong collaboration with both management and main stakeholders (Purchasing, Project Coordinator, Product Managers, Logistics)
- Support fast implementation of New & Replacement items projects
- Engage strong actions to develop and maintain our planning data accuracy
- Drives continuous improvement to develop our processes and tools
Key Performance Indicators
The main KPIs for the Supply Planner are the Stock Availability, the Truck / Container fill rate & the Stock Cover
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- OR 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector
- Good knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Purchasing, Transport functions & Retail business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven mindset
- Good practice of Excel (Power BI is a plus), Familiarity with ERP & Supply Planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
- Experience with operational activities, with strong priority management skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory), French is a plus
