We’re looking for an experienced Indication Lead to shape and execute medical engagement strategies across international markets. You’ll serve as a key strategic interface between global and field medical teams, ensuring aligned, impactful, and compliant medical communication and education.
What You’ll Do
Act as a strategic leader and bridge between Global Medical Strategy and Field Medical execution.
Co-develop and implement medical strategies, tools, and training for international teams.
Ensure scientific narrative consistency and effective external engagement across therapeutic areas.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize insight generation and communication processes.
Lead the development of global congress strategies, training content, and medical booth activities.
Be the key partner in aligning external engagement approaches across markets and alliance partners
Your Background
Medical/scientific degree with a background in Pharma or Biotech.
Experience in Hematology/Oncology is a plus.
Skilled in cross-functional leadership within matrixed, multicultural organizations.
