HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- You have full responsibility for managing complex customer projects in the area of railway automation (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems)
- You ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract
- You are responsible for the customer management and the communication with partners, suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders
- You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all departments along the value chain
- You represent the customer project internally (regularly management reviews) and motivate the project members sustainably
- You develop innovative solutions together with the team in order to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- You have the passion to realise highly innovative and fascinating railway automation projects
- You have completed a higher technical education (University, FH or HF), ideally with further education in business administration
- You have several years of experience in managing customer projects, ideally in the area of signalling technologies, or other relevant project experience in the railway industry
- You are familiar with the current developments in the field of automation technology in the railway industry
- You communicate not only in German on a full professional proficiency level a but also in English (level C1 in written and spoken language)
- You enjoy business travel (<10% travel activity)
