Job Description
Your daily tasks & responsibilities
- Support the monthly payroll process
- Enter / amend new employee data in system
- Enter monthly payroll data
- Support the payroll specialist in various tasks
- General HR Administration – Support the HR Generalists
- Recruiting process
- Preparation of contracts / change of contracts
- Handling of entry and exit formalities
- Preparation of letters of reference
- Co-work and assistance in HR projects and process optimizations
- Support the time management department
- Support the department Managers in all aspects
The expertise you have & skills you bring
- Commercial or comparable education
- Further education within HR in Switzerland of advantage
- Some experience within payroll tasks of advantage
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), French would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Teamwork skills: assertiveness, resilience, reliability and initiative

- General working place: City office at Sternengasse 18 in Basel
- Occasional work at the Company’s hangar facilities at the EAP might be required
