As a Demand Planner you are a part of our Planning & Inbound team. In this role you drive the regional/global demand planning process and ensures alignment with the overall S&OP framework. You prepare and lead cross-functional demand review meetings, aligning forecasts with key stakeholders and identifying potential risks and opportunities. Acting as a proactive business partner, you support forecasting activities and continuously enhances planning tools and processes. As a Demand Planner you ensure transparency and data quality to support decision-making and contributes to inventory and in-season planning. The final demand plan serves as a critical input for the global demand review and open to buy processes. The ideal start date of this position would be August 2025 or by agreement. This position is temporary until December 2026.

Your responsibilities
- Drive the in-season planning process and starting stock calculation for the planning season
- Drive the inventory projection process and timeline, in close alignment with subsidiaries and controlling. Ensure data quanlity and transparency and provide input for the Executive S&OP decisions.
- Support the forecasting process, collection of inputs, set up tools, provide guidance and support to the planning groups as a proactive business partner
- As part of the demand review process measure KPI’s (e.g. FC accuracy) identify gaps to budget, risks and opportunities and report in the S&OP process
- Lead the regional demand planning process to develop the consensus demand plan
- Run the periodical demand review meeting to challenge & align consolidated demand figures cross-functionally with controlling, category management, regional sales and product management. Create and discuss scenarios as a guide to facilitate decisions
- Collect and control the gross to net requirement input from the regions. Define, standardize and automatized the process
- Support global demand review process by providing inputs from regional demand reviews and preparing the meetings
- Continuously develop and improve planning tools and processes
- Support/ planning related E2E projects
Your profile
- Commercial or analytical education; a degree in business, financial management, operations or supply chain management would be desirable
- Experience in demand planning/disposition and in the sports/fashion industry would be a plus
- A structured, organized and process orientated personality with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a critical mindset
- Strong communication and lateral leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and under pressure
- Global and proactive mindset striving for continuous improvement in the E2E process
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI), knowledge in ERP & BI systems would be desirable
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
