• Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland

Your Mission

• Support throughout the Product Development Lifecycle: Assist the development team in various stages from initial concept to production, including data entry, organizing materials, and preparing presentations for key meetings.
• Sample Management and Organization: Help track, unpack, organize, and inventory physical and digital development samples, ensuring accuracy in material libraries and sample tracking systems (e.g., PLM).
• Research Analysis: Conduct deep competitor product analysis to identify consumer needs, product specification cataloging, and inform engineering decisions.
• Technical Documentation and Communication: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical packages (tech packs), including specifications for materials, construction, and colorways, and communicate daily with overseas factories and sourcing partners.
• Prototyping &Testing Support: Aid in the review and feedback process for prototypes, potentially assisting with fit testing, note-taking during fittings, and preparing samples for performance and durability assessments.
