As a Supervisor - Quick Turn Services you will:
Be responsible for delivering customer projects as organized by the Shop Visit Manager of QTS and as per priorities set by the Head of QTS.
For this, he will be responsible for building and developing a high performing team, as well as managing the daily work allocation. For services obtained from internal organizations, he will be responsible for obtaining their support and in time. Finally, he will be responsible for developing the team’s capabilities to match the market demands, as directed by the Head of QTS, and to develop a sense of the market and purpose to the team.

As a Supervisor - Quick Turn Services you will:

For this, he will be responsible for building and developing a high performing team, as well as managing the daily work allocation. For services obtained from internal organizations, he will be responsible for obtaining their support and in time. Your tasks
To support the SR Technics quality management (QM) during authority/customer audits as requested
Leading and coaching of the team
Responsible for managing shop order and work documents according to SRT standards and regulations
Manage time accounts, attendance & absence rates, FTE plan (acc. business plan, budget, forecast)
Monitoring of cost and labor hours including indirect hours for the affected organization acc. budget, define JAZ application during high workflow periods, to perform on time delivery
Assuring an optimized staff allocation to the events, and high productivity
Inform the team about any quality deviation, verbal reviews, occurrences, audit findings and customer complaints and take corrective and preventive measures as required
Provide individual feedback, perform year end evaluation, and define development plans
Coordinate staff training
Ensure implementation and sustainability of the defined 5S
Your Profile
You have a technical education
You have practical experience in a technical company with proven leadership experience of a technical team with strong interpersonal skills
You have at least 3 years of experience with aircraft engines maintenance
You have good communication and problem-solving skills, especially in stressful situations and under time pressure
You are self-driven and are a change agent, able to motivate others to embrace change
You have organizational skills and consistency, even under increased pressure
You have good IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge)
You have a keen sense of decision-making processes
You are enthusiastic about dynamic environments and new challenges
You work in an international and multidisciplinary environment
You have fluent written and spoken English (minimum requirement B2)
