Responsibilities
As a Brows & Lash Beauty Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional brow shaping, tinting, and lamination services.
- Performing lash treatments, including extensions, lifts, and tinting.
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in brows and lash beauty.
- Contributing to a welcoming and luxurious client experience.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a brows and lash beauty expert or similar role.
- Certification in beauty treatments, specifically in brows and lashes.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Fluency in German and/or English; additional languages are a plus.
