You will join the Truck Systems team to play an important role in deploying a rapidly growing fleet of autonomous trucks for private grounds, using Embotech's autonomous driving software and hardware components from external suppliers. Your role will involve setting up and optimization our system in new applications, such as pilot projects and larger series projects. You will have full system overview and be able to simulate the most complex and challenging scenarios and will help steering the development team to practical solutions. Responsibilities Requirements
Autonomously running truck and site
BSc or MSc in robotics, mechatronics, commissioning projects mechanical or electrical engineering or similar.
On- and offboard system configuration
5 years of relevant experience with with real- - Identification of critical new features to world robot deployments be developed.
- Comfortable with customer communication. - As first point of contact for customers. - Proficient in C/C++ and Python. - Debugging and on-site problem solving. - Experience with at least 2 of the following:
Reporting test results and issues efficiently o Robot or vehicle simulation. and consequently to development and o Robotics algorithms. business teams. o Debugging complex systems.
Contributing to system definition and o Mechanical or electronic construction. verification through simulation and real-world o Vehicle testing. testing.
- Self-driven team player with hands-on
