About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Shape and deliver the global Talent, Learning & Culture strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned with business goals.
- Serve as most senior leader of for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership & Development, and Employee Engagement, ensuring integration and alignment across these areas.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that differentiates the organization in the marketplace and fosters inclusion, growth, and engagement.
- Build diverse talent pipelines and partner with leaders to accelerate high-potential talent and succession planning.
- Drive learning and leadership programs, including the Swarovski Growth Academy, and embed future-oriented digital learning initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity & inclusion (EDI) and embed inclusive practices across the organization.
- Support organizational development and change, advising leaders on transformation and capability building.
- Advance the integration of talent processes through technology and AI, leveraging automation and analytics to improve efficiency and performance.
- Reimagine strategies for employee engagement and feedback, driving a highly engaged, high-performing organization.
- Design and track KPIs to measure talent outcomes, ensuring accountability and communicating progress to senior leadership.
- Manage strategic partnerships and vendors to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Inspire and develop the Talent, Learning & Culture team, building strong networks across HR and the business.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience within a multinational company, with at least 4 years in a senior Talent, Learning, or Culture leadership role with international scope.
- Deep expertise in structuring world-class talent functions to optimize integration and impact.
- Proven expertise in talent strategy, learning and development, organizational culture, and change management.
- Experience operating globally and leading transformation initiatives across complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading global teams in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving transformation, fostering engagement, and building inclusive cultures.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills to manage senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and implementing impactful people initiatives.
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and shaping the future of work.
