For our client, a global leader in energy technology based in Zürich, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Order Management Professional. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a proactive individual to start their career in a dynamic, international environment, supporting vital supply chain and customer service operations.

Your Responsibilities

Order Lifecycle Management: Provide comprehensive order management services, including order entry, quoting, processing, and fulfillment.

Data Integrity: Create customer orders accurately within SAP and issue timely order acknowledgement to clients.

Project Tracking: Monitor and follow up on individual orders and projects to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all orders meet pre-established standards and company policies; identify and resolve processing errors or logistical bottlenecks.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for order-related inquiries, providing clear and routine information to internal and external stakeholders.
Your Qualifications

Experience Level: This is a Junior role. No extensive prior experience is required, making it ideal for those entering the workforce.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is expected; previous experience with SAP is considered a significant advantage.

Soft Skills: High level of commitment, resilience, and the ability to handle routine tasks with precision.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly within a team.

Languages: Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.

Education: No specific diploma is required; however, a commercial background or basic vocational training is beneficial.
