IHRE AUFGABEN

• Ensuring timely and accurate settlement of client orders in all global markets (Shares, Bonds, Exchange Traded/Mutual Funds and crypto currencies)

• Handling of physical certificates and precious metal transactions

• Monitoring and executing realignments for standardized Funds required to fulfill settlement obligations out of the Execution business

• Supervising automated Internal Transfers and manual resolution of cases exempted from the booking process

• Overseeing SWIFT Free of Payment settlement instructions injected by the Booking Centers in Luxembourg, Guernsey and Singapore in the role of global custodian, including but not limited to supporting timely settlement resolution and providing market intelligence

• Daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving of unsettled transfers, promoting efficient and independent resolving of transfer related enquiries incl. fee/tax components related to specific markets

• Ensuring daily reconciliation (internal/external) of Custodian- and Nostro accounts of transactions pertaining to the Securities Transfers business

• Manual booking and reflection of Private Placements positions and monthly reconciliation of existing and new holdings.

• Executing Swiss Stamp Duty charges for insurance-linked products

• Supporting and executing strategic custodian and mass migrations within our global network

• Continuously improving business workflows and procedures to increase efficiency and automation rate, and to further improve scalability of operational processes

• Periodic testing of new IT releases, user acceptance documentation as well as facilitating training sessions

YOUR PROFILE

• Settlement expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, incl. know-how in transferring mutual funds, physical certificates and precious metal transactions in international markets

• High sense of responsibility and independent working practice, risk awareness

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meticulously, good communicator

• Flexible, reliable and resilient personality, self-motivated team player with can-do attitude

• Fluent in English and German, other languages a plus

• Advanced IT user skills in MS Office as well as third-party applications such as SIX SIS Cockpit, BBH Infuse, Euroclear, Taskize, Clearstream, Xact, etc.

• Excellent knowledge of Securities Market Practice Group and SWIFT MT54x guidelines
