We are looking at our global operational Headquarter near Zürich (Nänikon-Greifensee) for a motivated Corporate Development Analyst 100% (all genders)In this role, your responsibilities would include:Supporting Corporate Development activities related to market, company, and technology assessments to identify growth opportunities and assist in shaping the corporate and M&A strategyContributing to companies’ valuation, M&A due diligence processes and post-merger integration projectsYou work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to support a wide range of corporate development projects and activities Providing support in liaising with potential cooperation partners and acquisition targets to drive business expansion
