Your team
The HR Business Technology team is hosting an internship opportunity that offers a comprehensive insight into our Human Resources organisation. As part of our team, you’ll be immersed in our core responsibilities, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of our HR IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Workday, our one-stop-shop for all HR-related processes. You’ll also collaborate with our colleagues in People Analytics, where you’ll explore data-driven insights that inform HR decision-making, and HR Services, which provides top-notch support to employees across the organisation. This collaborative setup will provide you with a thorough understanding of HR operations and the chance to contribute to diverse projects, acquiring a wide range of skills and experiences.
IHRE AUFGABEN
We're currently approaching a pilot rollout of an HR case management solution using Workday Help, aiming to streamline our HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience. As an intern on this project, your challenge will be to support the pilot rollout of the HR case management solution.
What to work on

Develop use cases for case management related to people management matters to define the scope and requirements of the solution

Document and map essential processes throughout the employee lifecycle to identify key areas of support

Establish a comprehensive service catalogue across the core HR organisation, categorising and organising documented processes

Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure volume, service delivery, and quality, aligning with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Create intuitive help resources, such as articles and manuals, to facilitate independent access to information for employees and HR teams

Gather and translate business requirements into technical configuration needs for the Workday Help solution

Plan and prepare targeted change management activities to support a successful pilot rollout and drive adoption

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Business Informatics, Computer Science or related fields

Experience with project management methods

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and adaptability

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus

Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
