Role Outline:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant (Service Cloud & Data Cloud), fluent in French and English, to join our team in Geneva. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about helping clients unlock the full potential of Salesforce.
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with client teams to design and deliver impactful Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions. You will guide them through their digital transformation journey, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable, effective Salesforce implementations.
You will also contribute to our internal knowledge base, mentor colleagues, and help shape the future of our Salesforce consulting practice. We value diverse perspectives, inclusive teamwork, and a growth mindset.
Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:

Designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goals

Leading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and solution designs

Advising clients on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimisation

Supporting multi-cloud Salesforce projects and ensuring alignment between business and technology

Collaborating with development, UX/design, and content teams (onsite and/or offshore)

Preparing and presenting solution proposals, demos, and documentation

Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing

Promoting reusability and scalability of solution components across engagements

Staying current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends

Supporting change management and adoption strategies for client teams
A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations

Salesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g. Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Administrator, Platform App Builder)

Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
-
Fluency in French and English
-
Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus

Onsite presence in Geneva is required
