IHRE AUFGABEN

• Representation of the Management Accounting view as part of a large-scale technological replacement programme: Ensuring the Management Accounting and Controlling related aspects are accurately represented and configured in the core banking or markets implementation (business view)

• Impact Assessment Management Accounting domain: Gathering of business requirements for Management Accounting applications resulting from the core banking and markets implementation incl. the documentation and validation of business requirements

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Management Accounting domain

• Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

• Change Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field

• Experience in large scale transformation programmes in the banking industry, preferably in private banking or investment management

• Strong experience in management accounting and banking operations in particular regarding finance system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools

• Strong understanding of processes and requirements regarding cost allocation, P&L generation, products profitability calculations and cost & profit center accounting

• Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Corporate Actions) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approaches

• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• SAP BW/4HANA
