Job description
Role Overview
As part of the Finance team, you will bridge Finance and Data, driving the digital transformation of FP&A through automation, advanced analytics, and forecasting. Your mission is to transform complex and fragmented data into meaningful financial insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. You will analyze historical performance, build predictive models, and design financial KPIs that help management monitor business performance and anticipate trends. By combining strong technical skills (SQL, Power BI, Python) with a solid understanding of financial dynamics, you will enable a data-driven FP&A function capable of scaling efficiently.
Your LittleBig Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to integrate financial and operational data.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Automate recurring reporting tasks and data workflows using SQL, Python, or scripting tools.
- Develop financial models and forecasts (rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, sensitivity).
- Perform variance analysis and ad-hoc investigations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Operations, IT, Business Units) to gather assumptions, validate data, and deliver insights.
- Continuously improve processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- SQL skills (complex queries, joins, optimization).
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Programming experience in Python (e.g., pandas, numpy) for data manipulation and modeling.
- Solid Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving orientation.
- Good communication skills: able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
