- Strategic leadership and development of the institute's international strategy
- Planning, implementation, and continuous development of internationalization projects
- Designing and conducting teaching modules and interprofessional learning courses
- Leading and overseeing international projects and special assignments
- Representing the institute's leadership in international matters
Your profile
- PhD preferred; MSc in Midwifery or in another discipline relevant to the professional field
- Experience in strategic planning and project management, ideally in an academic or research context
- Strong national and international networks
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills
- Fluent in German and English
