Our Zurich team of 10 operates like a start-up — fast-moving, people-first, and growth-oriented. We support 50+ consultants on assignment each month and continue to expand across the region.
As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we’re looking for a Sales Team Manager to join our Zurich us — someone with a first successful experience managing salespeople, a hands-on mindset, and the energy to grow with us.
Work tasks
The Role: Lead a Team, Drive Sales, & Shape Our Growth! You’ll take on full responsibility for a team of Account Managers — ensuring performance, coaching development, and helping grow our local market.
Lead and support a small team of Account Managers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and target tracking
Own team performance, motivation, and growth
Recruit and onboard new Account Managers
Support Account Managers in client meetings and help close deals
We are looking for
You don’t need 10+ years under your belt — but some hands-on experience managing a sales team is a must.
You’ll thrive with us if you have:
A successful experience managing a B2B sales team
A track record in B2B sales and client relationship management
A goal-driven, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
Fluent German (spoken and written) and solid English (C1)
A passion for developing people and helping them succeed
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
