Are you a detail-oriented supply chain expert with experience in pharmaceutical logistics? We're seeking a proactive Senior Specialist for Customer and Logistics Planning to join a dynamic international environment in the healthcare industry.
Your Responsibilities
Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation
Coordinate with European distribution centers and manufacturing sites
Ensure timely product delivery, manage returns and reworks
Maintain customer master data and ensure compliance with GDP and SAP standards
Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Quality, and 3PL partners
Support month-end reporting and audits
Liaise with global stakeholders on launches, redeployments, and change controls
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational supply chain environment (pharma or consumer goods preferred)
Strong SAP and MS Office skills
Hands-on experience with 3PLs, freight forwarding, and export/import processes
Structured, accurate and used to working under pressure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international setting
