Position Overview:
As the Client Deliverables and Quality Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of client-facing services, solutions, and reports. Your role will span operations, client success, and quality assurance, ensuring that our offerings exceed expectations and align with internal SLAs and regulatory standards. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Customer Success, and tech/devs team which are outsourced in Ukraine to lead client onboarding, oversight of p2p platform development, service rollout, and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own and manage end-to-end delivery of P2P transactional services, dashboards, reports, and custom client solutions.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliverables aligned with client SLAs.
· Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs related to service performance and delivery quality.
· Develop and implement quality control processes to minimize errors.
· Serve as a point of escalation for high-value clients or critical service issues.
· Identify inefficiencies in the client deliverables process and lead automation and optimization efforts.
· Document and standardize processes to enable scalability and consistency.
· Ensure deliverables adhere to crypto regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and internal security protocols.
· Collaborate with Compliance to maintain audit readiness.Requirements
· Proven experience (4+ years) in client delivery, quality assurance, or service operations, preferably within FinTech, crypto, or financial services.
· Deep understanding of crypto markets, blockchain ecosystems, and P2P transaction frameworks.
· Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
· Experience with data-driven reporting tools and basic technical fluency (e.g., APIs, CRMs, dashboards).
· Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance and digital asset security best practices.
· Exposure to Web3, DeFi platforms, or decentralized P2P financial networks.
· Must be C2 level fluent in English languagge.
· Must be C2 level fluent in Ukrainain languagge in order to make oversight and communication with an outsourced IT developers team.
· Fluency in German will be beneficial, but is not mandatory.
