To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global Supply Chain Management Network & Demand Center, we are looking for a dedicated Demand Manager (f/m/d), 100%.

Your tasks:

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and business intelligence
• Lead the monthly Demand Review process of your assigned product group as part of the S&OP cycle.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and deviations and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management and Supply Planning to align on demand change
• Utilize forecasting tools and ERP systems (SAP/IBP) for data analysis and forecast generation
• Prepare reports and KPI analyses to support decision-making

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and forecasting methodologies
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/IBP) and forecasting tools
• Analytical mindset, strong numerical skills, and structured working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
