INTERN MARKETING

m/f (100%)_ Fixed-term contract_6 month

A. JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Reporting to the McOptic Marketing Project Manager, the Marketing intern works closely with all other members of the Marketing team (Ecom, CRM, Social Media) and Sales team (Area Sales Managers, Stores Managers, Stores), agencies and external service providers. He/she is in contact with the various McOptic and VisilabGroupdepartments, and all stores (74) in German, French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland.

• B. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Marketing projects

• Support for 360° communication campaigns
• Preparation of PPT presentations: communication campaigns, various projects
• Support for trade campaigns and their implementation
• Visual merchandising support
• Support for various marketing projects: IBA orders, goodies, commissary, internal newsletter, etc.
• Ad hoc projects in collaboration with the Marketing Project and Brand Managers.

Local communication requests

• Daily Management of stores requests (DE, FR and IT)
• Implementation of local projects for stores (DE, FR and IT) (refits, events, flyers, POS advertising, etc.)
• Management of various external and internal requests addressed to the Marketing Department
• Management and request for supporting documents for marketing campaign rollouts

Text production support

• Management of translation requests for 360° communication materials- Management of translation requests for 360° communication materials

Social media management support

• Creation of TikTok Content
• Follow up of the editorial plan and posting plan on all channels

Your Qualifications and Skills :

• Proficiency in German for content writing and English for benchmarking and various promotions; any other language is a plus
  Knowledge of several marketing strategies to be applied depending on the circumstances;
  A keen analytical mind for various decision-making processes;
  Proficiency in modern work tools, including office software, desktop publishing (DTP), Internet browsing, social media, and instant messaging applications;
  Good organizational skills and rigor to be able to manage several aspects of the job at the same time;
  Creativity in finding new ideas to promote the company and the product or service being promoted;
