What will you be doing as Group Associate Expert HRIS?
- Responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in the areas of Employee central, Onboarding and Compensation management
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather and analyse business requirements, process flows and data needs
- Support HRIS projecst and drive forward the implementation of HR Systems
- Provide training and suppore to end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices
- Develop and deliver system documentation, user guides
Who are you?
- Associate Expert HRIS with 3-5 years of work experience
- Knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Compensation management, Onboarding), Open Text
- Knowledge and experince with ATOSS, Predicitve Index (a plus)
- Good understanding of HR processes and systems
- Experience with Power BI and HR system Integrations (a plus)
- Project Management & Relationship management
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse, multinational environment.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- Fluent In English and German (written and spoken)
