Technical Regulation Specialist (80-100%)

• Support Belimo's participation across international standardization and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor global regulatory and policy developments and prepare concise internal briefs.
• Analyze drafts and discussion papers; synthesize key impacts and propose coordinated responses.
• Create internal guidance materials such as interpretation notes and impact assessments.
• Structure complex cross?disciplinary discussions and facilitate alignment.
• Prepare Belimo representatives for external meetings through briefings and stakeholder maps.
• Capture insights from committee work through minutes and follow?up documentation.
• Maintain documentation repositories and apply established processes.
• Contribute to publications, white papers, and technical guidance.

• Technical Degree such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or similar
• Demonstrated ability to process and summarize complex technical and regulatory documents.
• Curiosity in understanding and leveraging standards and digital?product regulatory frameworks.
• Skilled in analyzing complex topics and facilitating cross-functional alignment.
• Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing skills.
• Structured, analytical, solution?oriented mindset with high precision.
• Excellent English; German desirable.
