Qualifications
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Positionen mit Schwerpunkt auf Continuous Improvement
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Personen und Entscheidungen zu beeinflussen
- Erfahrung in der indirekten Personalführung
- Umsetzung von Projekten in Continuous Improvement oder ähnlichen Projektaktivitäten innerhalb einer grossen Organisation, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere gleichzeitige Aktivitäten zu priorisieren, zu planen, zu organisieren und zu überwachen, um ehrgeizige Zeitpläne einzuhalten und Teams zu beeinflussen, für die sie keine direkte Führungsverantwortung tragen
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-Zertifizierung oder equivalent, Black Belt-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Anwendung von Projekt- und Programmmanagement- sowie Continuous- Improvement- Methoden
- Erfahrung im Bereich Change Management und/oder Betriebsmanagement.
- Erfahrung in der chemischen Produktion ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, andere bei der Umsetzung von Veränderungen zu unterstützen, zu coachen und zu schulen
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
