Enterprise Content Management Consultant

 To strengthen their high-caliber team, they’re looking for experienced Senior Consultants who thrive in a dynamic environment and want to take part in building something impactful from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior ECM Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind the design and implementation of modern information management solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, lead projects, and deliver tailored systems that truly make a difference.

Your key responsibilities:

• Advise and support clients in the implementation of ECM and DMS solutions
• Take ownership of technical project components from design to go-live
• Conduct workshops, create presentations and technical documentation
• Train users and support clients during the solution rollout
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions
• Act as a technical and strategic sparring partner for demanding clients

What You Bring

You’re not only technically skilled—you understand business needs and thrive on turning complexity into clarity.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A university degree in Information Management, Business Informatics, or similar
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ECM or DMS platforms
• Strong understanding of workflows and business processes
• Solid technical knowledge in Microsoft client/server environments, databases, and scripting
• Experience working in customer-facing IT projects with various interfaces
• Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
• Flexibility and motivation to work onsite with clients across Switzerland
• Fluency in German (English is a plus)
