Your team

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior PWM professional to join our Geneva office as part of a unique, structured 4-year rotational programme in partnership with the Haute École de Gestion (HEG). This programme offers a 80% employment contract, allowing you to combine your studies with hands-on experience in private banking.

Your role

As a Junior PWM HEG, you will embark on a four-year journey through several key areas of our PWM business, with rotations in:

• PWM Corporate Functions:
  
  
  
  • PWM Risk & Control Functions
  
  
  • PWM Finance
  
  
  • PWM Operations & IT
  
  
  
  


• Wealth Solutions

During your rotations, you will:

• Contribute actively to projects and assignments across these departments.


• Collaborate closely with experienced professionals, supporting daily banking operations and ensuring process efficiency and compliance.


• Develop both technical and interpersonal skills by working alongside experts in the private banking sector.


• Adapt quickly to a demanding and dynamic professional environment at the heart of private banking.

Your profile

•    You are planning to enrol at the Haute École de Gestion (HEG) and are seeking a 80% employment contract to combine your studies with valuable professional experience.
•    You have at least 2-5 years of experience in the banking sector, with a strong interest in private wealth management.
•    You are highly motivated to develop your skills and apply your knowledge in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
•    Organized, rigorous, curious, and perseverant, you enjoy teamwork and communicate with ease.
•    You have an excellent command of French and English; knowledge of another language is an asset.
•    Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
•    You are domiciled in Switzerland and ready to take on this challenge.
