For our Finance & Administration organization based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for a

Accounts Payable Officer 100% (3 months assignment)

In this role you will be responsible for the complete management of the Accounts Payable process for Debiopharm International SA; from the reception to the payments including Mastery of Accounts Payable tools.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

·         Preparation and distribution of invoices

·         Management of suppliers in our ERP

·         Posting of invoices

·         Preparation of payment orders, verification and posting of bank transactions

·         Reporting, follow-up, and reconciliation of open positions

·         Point of contact for suppliers and internal requests

·         Provide ad-hoc support to the accounting team

Your profile

·         Accounting certificate or equivalent

·         2 - 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools

·         First experience with an accounting tool

·         Strong interest in technology

·         Rigor, precision, proactivity

·         Positive personality, service and solution oriented with a can-do attitude

·         Fluent in French & English both written & spoken
